THE PLOT: These four stories about our most beloved Fallen characters will make you smile and cry. Tragedy, sacrifice, sweet moments, and true love fill these stories set in medieval England.
THE CHARACTERS: It was really great to see a bit into the past of Arriane and Roland, despite the heart-wrenchingness of their stories. Shelby and Miles were adorable, and Daniel and Luce were....just perfect. The chararcters all remained true to themselves and we learned a bit more about everyone, particularly the angels.
OVERALL: A beautiful, heart-breaking, tender book about love. The writing is as fantastic as ever and as an extra bonus, a sneak peek of Rapture is included. 4 stars.
